Our organisation takes all complaints seriously and these complaints are both dealt with by the board and management.


In the first instance the complaint will be sent directly to the Board Chairman and then referred onto management to provide a response and followup on the organisations behalf.  Should you wish to bypass this process email the Chair directly and she will get in contact with you.
